getting your candaline studio pieces to you, safely and fast. every glass jar candle is prepped, packed, and handed off with serious attention to detail.

Processing & Dispatch.

• orders are prepped and shipped within 2-3 business days.

• orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• the second your order ships, tracking details will drop into your email or sms.

When will it arrive?

• metro cities: 4–6 business days.

• rest of india: 5–7 business days, depending on your exact location.

• need it urgently? reach out to us. we’ll do our absolute best to make it happen.

The costs.

• free shipping on all orders over ₹999.

• orders under ₹999 will have a standard shipping fee applied at checkout.

Packaging & Safety.

we know glass jars are fragile.

• every candle is heavily bubble-wrapped, secured in sturdy corrugated boxes, and cushioned to survive the transit.

• every piece goes through a quality check before it leaves our studio.

• if the delivery gods aren't in your favor and a candle arrives damaged, don't stress. email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we will sort it out immediately.
