because every candaline studio glass jar candle is poured and packed with serious care, we have a strict policy. keep reading for the details.

No general exchanges.

we don’t do returns or exchanges if you change your mind about a scent, color, or vibe. every candle is made in small batches, so tiny variations are just part of the handmade charm.

damaged in transit?

glass breaks, we get it. the only time we accept returns is if your order gets damaged during shipping.

the unboxing video rule:

to qualify for a replacement, you must send us a continuous, unedited unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

the video must clearly show:

  • the original sealed packaging being opened

  • the product inside

  • the exact damage

heads up: no unboxing video = no replacement. no exceptions.

what happens next.

once we review your video and approve the claim, we’ll ship out a free replacement for the damaged piece asap.

note: we only do replacements, no refunds.
